Comasu

My first community around RPG Maker and forum software, now only an archive.

First release in this family: October 6, 2005

Back when rubber boots were still made of wood, there was software for building 2D games called RPG Maker. There was hardly anything comparable. At the same time, forums (bulletin boards) were a new thing. While I was interested in forum tech (PHP), a forum friend was wild about RPG Maker, so we teamed up and built Comasu: Community Maker Support. It was a place for RPG Maker fans to connect, ask questions, and share resources.

Over the years I kept swapping out the forum software, hence the different versions below.

By now... well, forums are largely a niche thing; I do other things, and Comasu now exists only as an archive.
